01 / Challenge

The problem

The existing site was a dated template that loaded slowly, reflected none of the organisation's positioning, and could not be updated without a developer. It generated few enquiries, and the content that did exist was structured in a way search engines could not interpret.

02 / Strategy

How we approached it

We treated the site as a product rather than a brochure: positioning and content strategy first, then structure, then design, then engineering against a performance budget. Existing URLs were mapped and redirected so the search equity that did exist was carried forward rather than discarded.

03 / Architecture

How it is built

A custom front end with a content management layer covering the sections that genuinely change. Semantic markup, structured data and a maintained sitemap were part of the build rather than a post-launch addition.

06 / Outcome

Where it landed

The organisation now has a site that reflects its positioning, that its own team can update, and that is structured for search engines to interpret correctly. Enquiries arrive through validated forms that are logged rather than silently failing.

Quantified results such as traffic and enquiry volume are available from the client on request and are deliberately not published here.
