We design, build and operate business technology: custom software and business systems, AI and automation, websites and web platforms, mobile applications, cloud and infrastructure, managed IT, cybersecurity, and business hardware. Most engagements combine several of these, which is the point — the alternative is coordinating four suppliers who each blame the others.

Mostly small and mid-sized organisations across South Africa — from professional practices and NPOs through to operations running fleets and field teams. The common thread is an organisation whose technology has stopped keeping up with how it works, rather than a particular headcount.

We are based in Johannesburg. On-site work is Johannesburg-area; software, cloud and digital work is delivered remotely for clients across South Africa and internationally.

Project work is quoted on scope after a discovery conversation, because a fixed price on an undefined scope helps nobody. Managed services and support are priced monthly. Every quotation is itemised so you can see what each part costs and remove anything you do not want.

With a conversation about what is not working. If we are a good fit we will propose a scoped piece of discovery or a defined project. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so and point you toward someone who is.

You do. Source code, repositories, cloud accounts, domains and data remain your property, and we hand over documentation with them. We do not create dependencies designed to make leaving difficult.
